Katie was incredibly responsive and always drafting very helpful summaries that would allow me to identify the most important aspects of each listing. One (sometimes two) of them would always be available super quickly for tours! I have a demanding job so some visits had to happen late in the evening. When it was time to strategize to make an offer, they definitely had my best interest at heart on all fronts! They know the market and can also naturally sense the perfect approach to be followed per your timeline and expectations! Their kindness, ethics and professionalism quickly trigger a level of trust that no other agents (at least with respect to the ones I’ve met so far and given the interests at stake, I interviewed a few of them) could compete with.
