They made sure that the timeline to close escrow of our home and the new home were a day apart so that we were not going to be house-less(haha). During the final walk thru on our new home, they were so thorough!! That they found leaks, HVAC problems and roofing issues. They brought that to the seller’s attention and asked for seller to pay for the repairs and ensured that these repairs were completed before we moved in. They even came out to the check that the water hvac and electrical were working the day before we closed escrow. The amount of time and energy they put in during the buying and selling process is worth every penny we paid! It’s a true pleasure to have Trisha and Michael on our side.
