About Melody Wang

We were guided and assisted through every detail of the sale of our home with professionalism and true caring. We highly recommend Trisha Motter and Michael Gordon! They are truly the best in their field and are great people.

6 days on market, one weekend for an open house with over 40 visitors, 8 offers, $200,000 over asking and 2 weeks to close! Ours was one of five out of 60 homes on the market in our area that received pending status in one week. That says it all! We first met Trisha and Carolyn in May, a year before we put our home on the market. We knew we were going to move the following year and planned our strategy by working backwards from the anticipated list date to identify activities and milestones that needed to happen along the way. We took into consideration the market conditions using some software tools that Trisha introduced and walked through the hou...

Living three hours away and trying to sell a property was a concern. A bunch of questions start popping up specially during this market where the rates are high, limited inventory, fewer buyers/sellers, etc. But the main concern is how am I going to be able to find the right realtor? An agent that is passionate for what they do, someone that is committed and willing to go the extra mile to do things right the first time. I was introduced to Trisha and Michael with E3 Realty and right away they were very knowledgeable. I was blown away how their team are very professional, thorough, and experienced. After introducing the property to them, they ha...

I highly recommend Trisha Motter because she was extremely thorough, communicative, trustworthy, helpful, and sensitive to my needs as her client through the entire process of selling my home. She went above and beyond any realtor I’ve ever experienced (having had 8 experiences in my life). She made me feel safe and always on my side to take care of everything from planning, showings, disclosures, negotiations, and getting the best results from a questionable market as well as the escrow process. All of this can be intimidating, but Trisha got to be through it fantastically! She even got me more money than I expected! She literally is the best!! As ...

I have dealt with many realtors over the years. None of them compare to Trisha and Michael. A little over a decade ago, my neighbor sold their house. From the marketing campaign to the staging and final sale, I was so impressed with their realtor that I remembered her name, Trisha Motter. When I had to sell my mother’s rental property after she passed away, I knew exactly who I needed to call. During the initial appointment, I was walked through the process of what to expect and their services. Trisha and Michael were there every step of the way. They were able to facilitate the conversation with my mother's renter and even offered to help him find ...

On top of being a rock star realtor, Michael is an amazing person! Michael operates on the foundation of wanting to truly understand your situation and your hope in order to guide you in the right direction. Every time I worked with Michael, he has been attentive, responds in a timely manner, explains the process and materials to me in a way that I can understand, and (most importantly) I trust that he has my best interest in mind with his recommendations. The E3 Realty and Loans team has always treated me with such high regard as a client, they make me feel like family. I highly recommend Michael and his outstanding team for all realty and financin...

We really enjoyed working with Michael. He got us a great deal on our loan, balancing a low interest rate with a quick close time! He and his team were super responsive and went above and beyond when we were going through our home buying process, working closely with our realtor and even calling the seller's realtor to help seal the deal. Would highly recommend Michael and his team, they are very knowledgeable!

Michael with his daughter Haley were both so helpful in the whole process of buying our first house. We were coming into the housing market flying blind. These two were both so amazing in the process, and Michael handled all the questions we had, even if sometimes they were the same questions. They really put our minds at ease during the whole time. Michael handled all the financial of the process and really went to bat for us, helping us to beat out all the other offers and ease the minds of the sellers into going with us as the buyers. Since 2018 Michael helped us to refinance to get amazing rates and has cut our mortgage costs exponentially. I wo...

I have worked with Michael on two occasions. Each time he was great. The first time, he navigated selling my house while my husband and I were going through a divorce. He priced our house well and set a new record for our neighborhood. He dealt with two very different people at a complicated time. When I was ready to buy again, I called Michael. He helped me truly figure out how much I can afford and help me to beat other offers with communication and negotiations. At the end of the day, I ended up in my ideal home close to my downtown. If you are looking for a good realtor and loan broker, look no further.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Gordon and Trisha Motter with E3 Realty and Loans. As a Realtor myself, we don’t often write reviews for our colleagues, but I feel that when we have a transaction that stands out, we should. Communication is important in any transaction and Michael, Trish and their team truly stood out in this regard. They returned calls, texts and emails in a timely manner, communicated with their Sellers and responded to our requests and questions that put our Buyers at ease and made them feel that their inquiries were important. Their expertise and professionalism helped our transaction go smoothly, and the fol...

First, I’d like to give a big thank you to Trisha and Michael for making our buying and selling process a breeze! We were recommended by my very close friend to Trisha and Michael. Our first meet up, we knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted to do things. We let Trisha and Michael know what our goals were and they delivered to a tee and beyond! They were professional, prompt, easy to communicate, open and honest. They took pride in their work by going out of their way to make our life easier and put our family needs and wants first. It was not easy getting our house prep and ready to go while living through the selling, staging, and open hous...

We have bought and sold a few homes over the years. So we have worked with many real estate agents along the way. When my wife and I decided to sell our 4th home, a friend recommended Trisha and Michael. Right from the beginning, they were very professional and extremely easy to talk to. They have gone above and beyond in providing us the service we needed to sell our home. And to purchase our next home. They have a deep understanding of our personal goals and needs. Our home also needed some finishing touches prior to going in the market. They were able to help support the repairing process through their connection of various subcontractors. They m...

Trisha Motter and Katie Le are an outstanding team. they are extremely knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and most of all, caring. Katie’s thoughtful organizational skills and eagerness to learn helped us navigate open houses with ease, helping us spot the beauties and deal breakers of each home alike. Katie was always there with us ensuring the situations where manageable and the process was comfortable. Thank you Katie for everything! Always grateful, -Manuel and Lauren

Katie goes above and beyond for her clients. She Is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Gives a lot of insight in buying a home during this crazy real estate market.

New home buyer here. We could not have asked for a better team to help us on our home buying journey. Trisha, Michael, and Katie went above and beyond our expectations. They got us into last minute showings, pointed out the pros and cons of properties, accommodated our busy schedules, patiently explained paperwork, went through finances line by line, connected us with trustworthy inspectors, and onboarded us to homeownership. We were able to close on time and within budget because of them. They looked out for us and earned our trust. I can't recommend them enough.

We cannot recommend Trisha and Michael enough! From start to finish, they go above and beyond - managing every detail with care, positive energy, and genuine heart. Buying our first home in the Bay Area was no small feat - it’s a competitive, high-stakes market that can be incredibly overwhelming. But Trisha and Michael guided us through everything with calm, clarity, and expert advice. They made a process that could have been stressful feel manageable, and we knew that they were always in our corner. When we got relocated and had to sell a few years later, we immediately called Trisha and Michael. They didn’t just list our house- they elevated it...

Trisha and Michael were amazing to work with—helpful, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. Their deep knowledge of the Bay Area market and thorough research helped us feel confident throughout the process. They were incredibly patient, never pushed us, and truly waited until we found the right home. Once we did, Trisha was diligent in following up with the seller’s agent to strengthen our offer, while Michael provided sound financing advice that helped us secure our mortgage on time. We’re so grateful for their support and highly recommend them!

You cannot find a better realtor! Trisha and Michael are brilliant! As a first time house seller, I had overwhelming concerns and questions. They walked me through every step in this (what could be) very daunting process. After only 5 days on the market, Trisha brought in multiple offers well above asking. They went above and beyond!

Trisha and Michael are THE BEST of the BEST! My fiancé and I were looking to sell our condo in San Jose, California, to move to the Sacramento area. We were so lucky to be recommended to them by our realtor in Sacramento. After meeting Trisha and Michael for the first time, we knew we were in the best of hands! The level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness we noticed made it an easy choice to pick them as our realtors to sell our home. Throughout the entire process, from prepping our home for sale, going on the market, and finally selling our home, we were so happy to have them on our team. Next time any of my family or friends are looking t...

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding job Trisha Motter, and her team did in selling my home. Trisha’s professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout the entire process were truly remarkable. Her attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation skills made the selling experience smooth and stress-free. After years of renting our home, we were devastated to find out that our home was destroyed. Trisha and her team helped us understand the market value of our home with and without repairs. After reviewing her market research, we decided to move forward with renovating our home. Being out of state we felt that...

We had the opportunity to connect with Trisha and Michael of E3 Realty. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, understanding, patience, transparent, and respectful. This dynamic team is a pleasure to deal with in real estate transactions. They listen to your specific needs and work patiently with the clients to fulfill the needs. They have earned our trust. We will for sure to use their realty services in the future.

Last November I lost my father and I interviewed several Realtors, all of them very knowledgeable in the area, which is a unique market. Ultimately, I decided to work with Trisha and Michael. So glad I did. From the beginning, they helped me through the whole process. They were always fast in their responses. I was surprised when sometimes I sent an e-mail very late at night and got a response very early in the morning. They were always available for us, even during Christmas and New Year, and they didn’t rush us to move forward. Once the house was empty, a couple months later, they presented to us a calendar with suggested renovations and upgrades ...

Trisha is a rock star realtor who understands all things real estate. She understands how important the client experience is, contract law, and the Silicon Valley market! I would recommend her 100 out of 100 times!

Trisha was amazing through the whole process of selling our home! She was available to meet our needs at all times. Her knowledge of real estate trends was spot on and she guided us in getting our house ready to be sold quickly and for above asking price!

Trisha is an awesome Realtor in Silicon Valley! She really knows the market and goes above and beyond for her clients. Whether you're buying or selling, Trisha listens to what you want and gives great advice. If you're looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable, Trisha is the one to go to in Silicon Valley!

I have had the privilege of working with a phenomenal realtor Trisha whose professionalism and expertise were truly outstanding. Since I started my career in the real estate industry, Trisha has been a great mentor and role model. She consistently displayed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Whether it was assisting clients with property searches, preparing market analyses, or negotiating deals, her commitment to excellence shone through. Working with Trisha has been an absolute pleasure. Her positive attitude, collaborative nature, and willingness to go above and beyond made her and her c...

One of the absolute best realtors in Silicon Valley. If you're looking for a reliable agent who help you close a deal smoothly and quickly, she's the one to call.

Trisha Motter with E3 Realty has exceeded our expectations in selling not one but two homes for us. Trisha’s knowledge, energy and professionalism took our experiences to the next level. She handled everything from start to finish. Trisha’s skilled team provided quality marketing from staging, videos, virtual tours, 2D floor plans, 3D floor plans, beautiful brochures, boosted advertising, with marketing above and beyond. Her vendors from painters, flooring contractors, cleaners and more all did an amazing job for a great price. Trisha’s marketing and negotiating skills helped us sell our properties in record time and above list price even in this c...

I was most impressed with Trisha Motter’s presentation and her ability to answer any questions regarding the sale of my home. I had planned to spend time upgrading my condo but she convinced me that due to the many improvements I had made that would not be necessary. Because of Trisha’s experience she was able to guide me to informed decisions with excellent results. I highly recommend Trisha and her wonderful team. Pam LeTourneau

Trisha was with us when we sold our last home and bought our new home, so when we decided to sell again, there was no question that we'd choose Trisha again. In our initial meeting, she came with a solid plan of action using market software to show trends on buyer activity at specific price points and what we needed to do to get our home ready based on her experience. She has a vast networking group of professionals - contractors, stagers, cleaners, and more. We didn't need to go searching to get things done, we simply took advantage of her concierge services to make the process faster and easier. The first Open House weekend was a success, which o...

Trisha delivered amazing work and was able to help us manage renovations, list, and sell quickly. She answered questions and guided us through unfamiliar process and provided valuable knowledge and tips. Michael helped with getting the original mortgage and refinance later. It was a smooth process and he made things easy. Easy to talk to and reach whenever I had questions.

We hired Trisha to sell our 4-unit apartment rental property this year. Our units had not been upgraded like our neighboring apartments and the rents on all units were below market. Trisha did an outstanding job! She took care of everything! Her team came in and took pictures and videos and she published a very impressive marketing video on social media as well as a virtual 360 tour that allowed potential buyers to walk through the apartments online. She suggested we come in low to attract more buyers. It worked! We had 4 offers on the table! We ended up selling our apartments for more than our asking price! We highly recommend Trisha; you won’t be ...

Trisha is amazing, absolute pleasure to work with. She brings vast amounts of experience, energy, compassion and a support team ready to accomplish any task. Her professionalism, honesty and guidance puts your mind at ease quickly. Trisha always had our best interest in mind and I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house. Positive - Professionalism

Trisha was recommended to us by our first realtor after we decied to look for houses in Santa Cruz Hills (originally were looking in Oakland Hills). She was very informative, responsive in our communications, extremely helpful in our house visits, and kept track of things for us during the whole process. She even kept helping us even after we moved in. I would strongly recommend working with Trisha! Positive - Responsiveness, Professionalism

Trisha came highly recommended to me and I could not be happier with the level of service she provided. Moving can be an extremely stressful experience, but from the first meeting, where Trisha explained the selling process in detail, to closing the experience has been nothing but pleasant. Trisha has the perfect team in place to get from listing to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Trisha Motter to handle all your real estate needs.

We were beyond happy work with Trisha. She went above and beyond for us before the house went on the market during and after we sold our house. Trisha attention to detail and i always being available when we needed her was great. We were able to get over our asking price and I contribute that to Trisha’s expertise in our area. I would definitely recommend her to anyone .

I would give Trisha 100 stars if I could but unfortunately I'm limited to only 5 stars. We bought our first home 3 years ago all thanks to Trisha and her husband Michael! We could not have done it without them. They were there for us every time we had a question no matter the time or day. Fast forward 3 years and we were now moving states and needed to sell our home quick. We called Trisha without hesitation. We had a full price offer within days! Again, if we had a question in the middle of the night, Trisha and Michael were there! We were treated just like family and we couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Trisha and Michael! Positive - Responsive...

I looked for a place for more than 6 months (yes it does require some patience) before I could find the right one. Trisha has been on my side the overall time. She was always very responsive and managed to schedule visits for me even when the places were located a bit far in other counties. She has been very transparent along the overall process. When she would feel or know that something might be a red flag for me about a specific place then she would share the information right away. She also makes sure that your time is always optimized and for example she would schedule all the appointments at once (inspections/contractors...) whenever this coul...

I cannot say enough good things about Trisha. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with through the process of buying our home. She even quickly responded several months later when we needed her great connections for remodeling contractors. Her depth of experience is apparent. Highly recommend! Positive - Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

As a first time homebuyer, Trisha was an excellent resource for explaining all of the important details of the purchasing process. She was always responsive to my (many) questions and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I would highly recommend her!

Trisha was a delight to work with, very knowledgeable and personable. She readily answered my questions and explained all options clearly and concisely. Thanks Trisha for making the sale a really positive experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Trisha on 2 occasions. The first time around was when I was selling an investment property in Gilroy. She came highly recommended to me to interview for the listing. It only took a few minutes for me to realize that Trisha was the one I wanted to work with. From that initial consultation, I immediately decided to work with her and what followed went above all my expectations. Trisha is the consummate professional, always timely with her responses and her depth of knowledge about the industry, and the market in Gilroy was truly impressive. In a relatively short period of time we had a number of qualified buyers ...

We wanted to sell our house in Saratoga so that we could move closer to our son and his family in another state. We interviewed several realtors and decided to let Trisha navigate the sale process because of her knowledge of the Silicon Valley housing market, business sense, professionalism, and attention to detail. She patiently explained every step along the way in detail and kept us on schedule. We had every confidence in her along the way. The house sold with multiple offers over the asking price, and the sale process exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend her.

My father passed away recently, I ended up owning his home with tenants in it and the whole situation a 5 hours drive from our home in Santa Barbara. We did not savor the idea of driving back and forth to the property, interview agents, have meetings, etc. in order to market and sell the home. The tenants had been there for some years and we knew they were interested in buying, but we needed a Realtor to help us through the paperwork maze, getting home values, inspections and dealing with both Buyer and Seller and all the emotions of the parties involved. My husband and I had personally bought and sold 5 homes over the previous 30 years in Californi...

We highly recommend Trisha. Her knowledge of the industry, skilled marketing and clear communication made the process of selling our home of 26 years more palatable. We enjoyed working with her and would definitely work with her gain. Thank Trisha, Nancy and Bob

This is why Trisha Motter is the ONLY realtor you should ever have and refer to family or friends you truly care about. We lived two years of a living nightmare trying to find the perfect realtor that met all our specific needs which can be demanding. We worked with many realtors that left us with sleepless nights and frustration beyond imagination. We learned that we needed a special realtor that was familiar with property in the mountains since that was our primary consideration. Trust me when I say it is VERY difficult to find a realtor that is an expert in mountain properties. Feeling very hopeless during this search, one day, out of the blue, w...

When we decided to sell our home in Gilroy, we knew that we had to have Trisha as our agent! She is nothing short of amazing. Her extensive knowledge of the market in our area, the services she provided, her professionalism, and fine attention to detail definitely helped to sell our home quickly. Everything from the staging, to marketing, to open house weekends went smoothly. Trisha was there for us every step of the way, holding our hands, and was constantly "on" for us no matter what time of day or night it was. The entire selling process was seamless and efficient. We have sold two houses previously to working with Trisha. The experience that we ...

We've known Trisha for around 20 years. We trust her in dealing with buying and selling our homes here in the Bay Area. When she helped us buy our current home, she was kind, thoughtful, and efficient in our transactions. She's understanding of our needs and never fails to ask what we are interested in. When we moved to the Bay Area, we only trusted her to buy our future home. As you can see, this was a very good decision. I recommend her to everyone who is looking for a new home or planning to sell theirs. She is one of the best professionals at her job that I have known. If you are planning to buy, keep her in your mind. Trisha Motter is a great c...

We would highly recommend Trisha for all your real estate needs. We relocated from Louisiana to California and she really went out of her way to make us feel welcome to the state of California and to explain the California market, and they buying process here (which is quite different than that of Louisiana). She was with us every step of the way and has continued to be a great resource of recommendations since we have gotten settled in. Trisha is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking and we felt confident that our real estate needs were in the right hands.

We were so impressed with Trisha and her team of experts. We had interviewed a few agents and found her to be the most professional. She was thorough throughout the entire process of selling our home and buying our new one. She went above and beyond just selling our home, she created a beautiful video to showcase our home, and ensure our property was in all available MLS sites. She made us feel like we were her #1 priority, held open houses every weekend both Sat and Sun until we had a solid offer. (Left yummy treats behind for us to enjoy) she gave us weekly updates on the status of our property and other properties in the area up for sale. She wal...
